Reason for transfer of court

hounrable lawyer,
my brothers murder case is in session court but we are not satisfied with the judge and we want to transfre our case to another court then what strong reason and proof should be given for the effective result????

You have to specify the reason of dissatisfaction.

You can apply for transfer of case to a different court. Consult your advocate for formalities.

You have to be specific in giving reasons for dissatisfaction , which should be supported with true and strong facts and should depict strong reason to believe that the delivery of justice will affected if trial proceeds in that very court. An application will be filed by your lawyer to this effect. contact your counsel for the same.
