This query is : Resolved
Sir we both husband and wife are sent for mediation by the court under Custody Case of my daughter. My wife has also filed other cases on me like DV, CRPC125 & 498A. While on the mediation date when she comes for mediation Sir I am in doubt that may be she is recording myself in video with some spy instrument as she speaks very less at the time of mediation .
Can such recordings under mediation be misused in other cases aginst me in the court in the court or they are void becoz the mediation is totally off the record. Pls tell me...????

such recordings under mediation CANNOT be misused in other cases against you in the court.
In case she try it, she will loose her other defences also; One has to come with clean hand before the court, and honestly co-operate with Mediation process.
Playing with vital process will cost her beyond repairs.

Dear Shroff Sir.....first i really thanx for your valuable reply but sir if she is been doing audio recording of me then how gonna i m prove that this recording is done at the time of mediation in the court so thats its of no use of her in the case...????? Secondaly if she denies the recording of mediation date and says that its done in front of some family mediator or can say thats its been done at the time we have meeting to sort out the matter in front of her as well as my parents at home as at that time mine as well as her parents are also present in the mediation at the court.....pls put some light on it..????
