Recovery after death

Dear All,

One recovery case was pending on my father. Now, he is no more. I would like to know how this case shall be disposed off.

Also, Can we be called to pay their debts.

on your father death legal heirs woulbe brought on record for contination of case . children would be liable only to extent they have inherited his property .

Agree with the expert, After death of respondent, his legal heirs are liable for payment to the extent they have inherited the assets.
