Recovery of cash security in criminal cases

Can a legal heir of a deceased accused recover the cash security deposited by the accused during the pendenancy of trial of criminal case. Kindly mention the provision of crpc along with any judgment.

1. The Court Registrar will be able to guide on this front, under the parameters of Court Rules.

2. The Legal Heir, can claim any & all rights /benefits /residual property, subject to availability of appropriate documents in his favor.
