Hello Amit
No matter that though the Director CEO and signing authority is of UK citizen, still u can file a suit against the Co. and the service of suit summons would be caused by courier service(subject to approval of high court) or by fax message or mail service.

is the pvt limited company registered in india . you are filing suit against company not its doirector . its immaterial whehter CEO is Uk citizen
Advocate M.Bhadra (Expert) 10 April 2012
If the said company registered and situated in India then you can file a suit in the name of the company in India which is represented by the CEO,it does not matter the signing authority is in U.K.

If the company is registered in India, you can file a suit.
