sir,
a land was approved in the year 2000, from then it has been transfered to 3 other parties, in all the previous documents the dimensions are
east to west : 40 feet
north to south : 50 feet
as per approved layout, the dimensions are
east to west : 50 feet
north to south : 40 feet
should i register 3 rectification deeds? (i.e from party 1 to party2,party 2 to party3,party 3 to myself) or what is the procedure for this mistake?
can the rectification deed be done in
100Rs stamp paper or stamp duty sould be the difference of the guideline value?
please answer me, thank u in advance.

Dear Mr. Baskar,
You asked this query in your earlier thread http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/rectification-172696.asp
and the query was answered.
Then why are you unnecessarily opening a fresh thread on the same question?
Better stick to the same original thread for all additional queries arising from the main query.

As the Legal Metrology Act (Act 1 of 2010) all the measurements must be in Metric system; hence not in feet or sq.ft.

Dear Baskar,
You have sufficiently advised in the earlier question itself.
However, I shall try to answer ur question.
A single rectification deed is enough.
The recital and the circumstance which warrants the rectification deed must be cleverly prepared which requires a clear knowledge of Lawyer.
As there is no change in the area of the land, there wont be change in the value of property. As such no stamp duty is needed.
But the deed has to be registered.
