Rectification deed is not necessary in case?

My uncle purchased the superstructure of the lease hold right of templeproperty from leese. After paying advance amt of some lacs, he got the papers for verification, later he found the boundaries on all side are wrong from the year 1919 (5 sale deeds have been taken place in these years). Whether rectification deed is necessary are we can simple make registrarion.
1). Can a temple property be registered as sale deed? or by other deeds? (2).What is the remedy - My uncle is ready to pay the future rent to the temple.Kindly give proper advice

take refund of your money and forget the deal .
since boundaries have been shown wrongly since 1919 and 5 sale deeds have taken place since then would be advisable to ask seller to refund your money . let somme other sucker buy the property
