Rectification legal notice

i have wrongly typed the date and amount of the promissory note debt in the legal notice. then what is the next course of action as there is no reply from other side and is there any proforma with regard to the rectification legal notice

send another notice mentioning that in adertently the date and amount has been worngly mentytioned in earlier notice
