Need to know your views on below point:
1. After redevelopment, our developer has occupied a flat in new salable component & have converted same into his lavish office.But as per redevelopment agreement, we clearly mentioned that no member or new member will be allowed to turn residential flat into office. Here he himself have done so. Can we ask rent for same? Can we ask him to vacant the flat?
2. His lawyer is threatening us by saying he will charge us in several cases of disturbing developer. What to do?
3. Our builder issued a bank guarantee from Co-operative Bank. Can a co-op bank issue the BG by its own? Secondly the BG does not contain the POA number of persons signing the same.
4.There are two separate wings A & B, both buildings r joint but separate entrance. Now, Can we consider that building in redevelopment project. As even that building is on land who's right is reserved by Rehab building society?
Please advice.

scrutinise building plans sanctioned by muncipal corporation .
if flat has been wrongly converted to commecial complain to muncipal corporation and registrar .
send letters to developer placing on record threst received by members of society .
bank guarantee must have been issued at request of builder

You must complain about this threat and give a notice to the developer.
