1.What is requirement for Redevelopment of property in CHS ?
2. Can members propose the Redevelopment in a structurally sound building?
3 If some members oppose the the proposal for redevelopment what society should do?
4. Is it Only in old dilapidated buildings redevelopment can be proposed?

.state complete facts of your case. for redevelopement you need sturctural engineer certificate that building is weak. mjority of members should be in favour of redevlopment

In our society the structural audit building was carried our recently and building condition is good .Our building is hardly 28 years old and well maintained and is structurally is quite good condition . Some of our members in society are interested to go for redevelopment of our building. Some members are not willing to go for redevelopment. What we should do? I still feel that we should make hurry as our society building is structurally not weak .
