Redevelopment of society

Hi,
please advice.
we have a society under process of redevelopment, and one redevelopment committee (R.D.)is appointed for the same. now R.D. is ignoring managing committee members and force fully making decisions for a developer of their choice and not at all ready to meet another developer who have filed the offers. what can be best for society and rights of managing committee?

the committee should covene a meeting and pass resolution to change RD.
