Ref divorce case

My frd had been staying with her parents since last 3 years , her husband has filed divorce case in 2005. and the court has ordered to give maintance of rs 2000. now my frd wants to prepare passport in her old name but, her parents has removed her name from the ration card after marriage.

you can give any educational certificate thats all nothing do any thing, what they are asking ? the passport officer.
