Dear Sir/madam
Am from Shimoga, Karnataka.
To setup a food business I ordered a boiler from Shanti boilers, telangana in 19 October 2016 by making advance of Rs100000/-, the cost of boiler was Rs.235000/-
Due to the changes in plan I cancelled the order on 23 November 2016.
Now they are not refunding the money.
Pls guide me what to do.
In quotation also the have not mentioned anything about returns. Nor they have any refund policy in there website.

Meet the Party in Person at their place and try for an amicable settlement.Otherwise discuss with your Local Good Advocate and file a Suit in Shimoga it self .

It might have narration of some T&C.

Post on basis of which document you had paid and claim refund.
You have posted that “Nor they have any refund policy in there website………………………………………. In quotation also the have not mentioned anything about returns. “
Within 4 days you have informed cancellation.
The supplier need to reply to you what is its hesitation, reason, logic.
