Most of the schools does not refund the admission fees except the security amount. Those must be mentioned in the admission booklet.
So whatever they are refunding, receive it and get your children admitted in the school of your choice.

Move ahead towards the opportunity that has come to children.Look in to the rules they might have written about their policy of refund.Generally all private management have a policy to charge fees for whole of the session and do not make any refund. For refund, you will have to go to consumer forum
after serving a notice upon the school management, where you may or may not be awarded the relief, depends on their policy rule and service and communication thereof by them to you.

Forget the deposit of fee except the security deposit and voluntarily refunded fee as the litigation in such matter is very tedious matter and there is no guarantee of any success in that litigation.
