We seek your expert advise on Refund of the Court Fees Stamp Value from the Govt. We would like to know.....
1. What is the procedure?
2. What is the ratio/Percentage of refund? Whether it is 100%, 75%, 50% or 25% of paid value?
3. What is time period for getting refund of our paid court fees.
4. Is there any time bound to apply for the refund.
5. Is Application form is readily available online?
