Dear Sir,
Initially I paid 6 Lacs as Advance to a Builder for the purchase of a flat in Second Floor in Chennai. Then as per sale agreement I provided additional 12 Lacs. However the builder is yet to provide us Plan Approval but he has already completed ground and first floor. Now I wanted to cancel the deal amicably. But the builder is not picking the call in the few days. Till last month he was saying various whey Plan approval has not yet come. Irrespective of the whether approval comes later or not, I wanted to cancel the deal.
What is the best way to recover the money faster.

what are the clauses inyour agreement as to refund . builder dont refund money easily . contact a local lawyer .
