Reg. carparking in apartments for outsiders

In apartment I have a allotted carpark as I do not have car I would like to rent the space for parking to outsider who is not a resident of this apt.
1- can I give to rent ,is it legal.

You can give if the bye laws of society / resolution permit it.

There is noting wrong in it, even I park my own car in an apartment complex by paying a monthly rent to the allotted apartment owner, this is not issue for which the committee will interfere.
