Good Afternoon sir iam from Hyderabad.,
I was accused in false 498a case and I came on bail and my family members got anticipatory bail and just 4 days back I/O had submitted charge sheet so when can i go for quashing charge sheet or whether I should wait till trial date come or shall I start now for filling petition for quashing and if my evidence is enough strong so how days of time it will take for quash of charge sheet.

the issue as to whether you should go in for quashing or not is to be decided by your lawyer after going throug allegations made in charge sheet . dont file for quashing unl;ess you have strong prima facie case

You can go to high court soon after filing of the charge-sheet by police before the court.
