HI,
i put case in two times in a year and i take FIR copy this time the charge sheet will be BE FALSE, then i will send copy to Sp OFFICE this is will be evidence this consider or not in court reply me

if there is lots of different between fir and charge sheet court has othority to take action and order for proper and spetion inquiry you may also ask the court about this
