Hi,
I got Ex-parte Order from Consumer Forum, asking the Builder to Complete my Flat within 3 Months of the Order date.

Pls advise, with above order, should I consider, my issue is resolved or have to follow further course of actions ?

The copy of the judgment will be sent to the Builder also by the Court. If he obeys the order then its ok otherwise you will have to file execution proceedings to compel him.

You need to file execution petition under section 25 of Consume Protection Act against the builder before the same consumer fora. This section makes him criminally liable.
