Reg leaves as per bombay shops & establishment

Sir,

I would like to know leave structure as per the Bombay shops and Establishment are mandatory for company or organisation to give to their employees or they are privilege by the company for their company.

Reason of asking : Our Company Top management are considering that it is not legal or mandatory to give but they are privilege provided by the company.

Leave Structure :
EL : 21
PL :7
SL :7

Kindly confirm it is legal mandate or not.

The leave to be granted can not be inferior to that provided for in the enactments applicable to the establishment.


E.g. Bombay shops and Establishment Act…………………………….It can be superior.

YOU may obtain the latest version of the enactment from Dep. Of Labor Maharashtra/Mumbai or buy from market.

The top management has no say in it.

The top management and establishment have to adhere to the law of the land.
