Dear Sir / Ma'am
Greetings!
I purchased a flat from Mr A who purchased a land from Mr B and got the power of attorney done. when i purchased i got the registry done from GDA, now i have further sold my flat to Mr C. He applied for a hoam loan but unfortunately his loan got rejected on the grounds that either Mr B would have singned on my registry as wittness or he should sign now when the flat buyer will get the registry done just bcoz Mr A got the attorney done when purchased orginally not the registry. The argument with the bank is that they want to check if Mr B is alive or not else as per bank my registry is not valid. Plz reply at the earliest

bank becoming over smart,
either bank grant loan or reject d same.
no bank has right to call specific person to make gurentar in loan.
complaint banking omdusman first ,
and if u not satisfy dn complint file before consumer court!

Yes Mr.Sharma has rightly advised. You should move the Banking Ombudsman or the RBI. Even a consumer complaint is also tenable after serving a notice on the Bank.

Mr. Sharma get alive certificate of Mr.B at the time of executing sale deed by Mr.A in favour you from the office of local Village Administrative Officr/Tahsildar of the Mr.B. and submit the same to the bank or get affidavit of Mr.B stating that the sale in your favour is valid and he has no objection of the said sale deed. even after submitting the alive certificate/affidavit, the bank denys loan approach Banking Ombudsman or the RBI.
