Reg power of attorney

My father passed away and he is survived by his wife and two married daughters.I live in Qatar.Now we need to issue a POA to a third party for settling my fathers life insurance claim in Dubai.How can we go ahead and issue a joint POA since my mother and sister are in India and I will not be able to travel from Qatar.Please advise.

Joint Special Power of Attorney (JSPA)may be executed by you at Qatar in favour of the third party living at Dubai on a stamp paper (if the local law at Qatar says so) and get it signed by notary public and counter-signed by the Embassy at Qatar and send it to India for signature of your mother and the two sisters. Before it is signed by your mother and sisters the JSPA may be got registered in sub-Registrar's Office in India and afterwards it be countersigned by Notary Public in India and forward it to the Third party at Dubai who in turn has to get it countersigned by a Notary Public and then by the Embassy at Dubai and present it to the insurance company for settlement of the dues in favor of the said third party.

where he claims that he is practising from 2001, while as already indicated by me, he was enrolled only in the year 2012!!! CAN ANYBODY PRACTICE BEFORE ENROLMENT? IF ONE DOES SUCH A PRACTICE IS HE NOT FIT TO BE CALLED A "FRAUD"?
