Reg unused idea bill payment

Dear Sir ,
This is Swarup , had Idea post paid in last yr.I used 19 Months Idea Post Paid , in 20 th month i got a bill of Rs 6404/- which is i am not used , i used only Rs 600/- only.My credit limit is Rs 1500/- only.It is happened in December 2011. Same thing i sent mails to Customer care with 7 reminders during 3 months period.Till date i am not get any response from idea people. But today i got call from +911164722463 , these people threatening me to pay the Rs 6404/- + Rs 10,000/- extra.Now any body suggest me what can i do?

Immediately file consumer complaint. Collect previous 6 months bills to show to the court that you used to pay only bill around rs. 600/-. Before that ask the telephone personnel to give detailed calls statement. Check up how many calls are not yours.
