Regarding 420&406 law

Dear sir,

I have one year girl child, i have put the case domestic voilance, maintaince, & divorce feb 2017 but now withdraw due money problem & resident in maharashtra( case put on ghaziabad, up). Now my husband know the withdrawal of case & now he put the 420 & 406. Please give me advice how to crossing this case to my case is very poor cause of lawyer.

Transfer Petition of cases from state to state to be filed in Supreme court and certainly the orders would be in your favor.
