regarding 498a ,302

my wife committed suicide after 3 months of marriage..she was under treatment of depression last 1 month..after 3 days of her death my in laws made an FIR under 302 and 498A of IPC. i got the AB from High court.. charge sheet is yet to submit by the police. In the CD they have complained that our son in law is a angry man..

so plz advice what i expect in the chargesheet when it will submitted.and how i will defense it and proceed..

the case is happened around 1 year before.

it will take minimum one year to submit charge sheet, you must face the trial.

but the PM REPORT given by the doctor is suicide and my question is that in charge-sheet what will be the section of IPC..is it 302,498a or any other else
