regarding 506 r/w 34

hai all i am law student. one case filed on my friend sections 506 r/w 34. now he want to renual his passport. in passport application he has to menction his case details or not. if he want to menction he has to take any permission from the court?

look into the form whethere there is any such information demanded or not.

even if it is demanded ur friend need not to seek permission from court to mention such details in the passport form.
