What are those circumstances in which you need to file a complaint against a notary.
you can not tell your own problem but expect to write us a book ,then statute is there available in market,buy one ,read and know on your own.

are you asking an FAQ on complaints.
as rightly answered by shonee kapoor,one can complaint against any person in this whole world,only the modalities change.
it would be better for all,if queries are raised specifically.
