respected lawyers,
I want to ask that if English language is mandatory to use in high courts & supreme court than is it not affecting the constitutional rights under article 14,16,19,21.
and if not so than please tell me why?
what is the use & importance of given provision under article 343-351 with respect to high courts & supreme court.
there is no role, use & importance of such given raj bhasha hindi**

If you read Article 348 than u must be understand about the official language of HC and SC,
If you want to say implication of Hindi language for hearing and other uses than Parliament may be introduced bill for such effect as per Article 351 where it is clearly describe the word HINDUSTANI, not HINDI, and Sanskrit along with other regional language.

what is the important steps taken for the article 343-351, after 15 years of independence..
(1) progressive use of the Hindi language for the official purpose of the Union;
(2) restrictions on the use of the English language for all or any of the official purpose of the Union;
(3) the language to be used for the proceedings in the Supreme Court and the High Courts.
