Dear Mr. Amol,
1. This can be done at the stage when your mother would be required to be examined in chief by the P.P. She can adduce such evidence at that point of time (and not earlier) and the court will admit it as being a secondary evidence and corroborated by the oral testimony of your mother. Preserve such evidence in your custody.

1. These postings are much of nature of academic orientation and thus such inquires are beyond the scope of being deemed as deemed as a questionnaire for legal consultancy in practical origination of legal value.
2. These inquiries are abstractly formed inquiries but can be reasoned with the outcome of events that may happen when such evidence is adduced before the trial is set to commence does . You can do that but such attempts if made they will not be put to hearing.
3. Suppositions are not beyond legal mind for analysis. My mother is petitioner in Prevention of SC/ST atrocity act .The charge-sheet has been filed against the accused in the district court. Now the charge process is ongoing in the court against the accused . We have an audio evidence against the police who misguided us and also against the accused and we wanted to submit that evidence . we don't have trust in police .Still no public prosecutor has been appointed for our case.
But i have contacted DGP Public Prosecutor of the District but it seems he has no interest in it . Please suggest how to submit that audio evidence in court which will help to make our case strong
