Regarding bond between doctors and govt.

recently govt has issued letter to D M for recovery of amount, stated in bond in between doctors and govt., as some doctors failed to complete service in govt. set up, as in mentioned in bond.
some of doctors have already passed the exams more than 15 yrs back and govt. is asking for recovery.
is thr any case law regarding limitation period for execution of bond?

The recovery can be got effected just within 3 years of its violation and not more than this period. There are lot of judgments over such matter.
