regarding change in constitution of trust

one my client is a TRUST which is running educational institution, wants to change some of the trustees and add new ones. but one of the trustees is chairman who is to be removed , but there is a clause in the deed that that he is chairman for life time, now can we take a declartion from him that he is unable to discharge his duties if no then what is the remedy available . please tell me how to proceed , also give me link to supplemental trust deed .
