How you changed the name. Through gazette then along with all document you enclose the copy of gazette publication too

I think you have not made any gazette notification w.r.t. the change of name. If you have not done so, then you would continue using your old name w/o any doubt.

file the form for examination with your maiden name and apply for the gazette copy after receive of copy of the gazette then apply to the university for change of you name so that you can get your husband surname on your certificate
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 04 June 2014
It is not a rule or law that a lady has to change her maiden name after her marriage. She continuing her maiden name without adopting the title of her husband after marriage is not illegal and somebody forcing her to do so will be considered illegal. In your case, since all your certificates are in your maiden name, it is advisable for you to continue your maiden name itself in all your academic records. Suppose if it is found to be very much necessary like passport, you may go for change of name through gazette publication etc., in the later stage.

I do endorse the advice of exprt Kalaiselvan.
