Regarding copy order to sub registor

Dear experts, My father and against party completed civil case in dindigul sub court in year 2008,Judgement said against party 'WILL' is illigal, We would like to send judgement copy to land sub registor from dindigul sub court to update in EC certificate. but we have not added before sub registor as partee in this case. any way please?

Le6t opposite party apply for a Probate and know the genuineness of the will.

When the Court had decided the" WILL AS ILLEGAL" the Sub Registrar should have No Objection in Executing it.If needed meet the IG of Registrar also with all documents.The Will Can Not be Probated Once it had been Decided as Illegal by Court.Whether the Sub Registrar is a Party in the Case or Not will Not affect the Court Orders.If Sub Registrar raises any Objection against the Court Orders Request him to give it in Writing and Obviously he would become a Part of Illegal things as Decided by Court.

As rightly observed by expert Mr. Devajyoti Barman, you have not framed your query properly and stated least (rather no) facts of the question.
If the will has been declared invalid/ illegal it has no effect in the records of SR even if your father did not implead them as a necessary party.
What do you intend to communicate from your statement inter alia, that, "my father and against party have completed civil case in Dindigul Sub Court in the year 2008...??"
