Regarding dakhil karij

respected sir,
my father purchase a land in some date of 1969 with no 204 area 2 biswa in, 1973 chakbandi was done and it was declared as abadi.my father did not file dakhil karij till then,now my father is no more and i summited papers for dakhil karij but lakpal is saying that the land is in abadi so it can not be possible for that.
when chakbandi was done after that all record related to that was distoyed due to fire in 1978 in record room.so i am not able to map 41/45 regarding that.
i am having the following records as
204/1 became 512
204/2 became 513
in which 512 is abadi with 14 biswa and
513 is with 2 biswa karij with some other party.
no 204 was with area 16 biswa
so i want to know can dhakil kharij is possible, as i have build a house on that land.

You can make an application with Tehsildar and then follow the further course of action of making appeal if denied the desired relief.

sir i approach the said but every one is saying it is abadi land and u cant get the title.no mutation can be done.
wt should i do as currently i am having no problem ,but i want to sell this land and so i want to ask, can other person who purchase this land make mutation(i can sell the land mentioning chauhadi)
