Regarding dismissal of divorce petition

(Querist) 19 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
if district court dismissed the divorce petition due to lack of jurisdiction then shall we appeal to the high court under section 96 of CPC ?.....
petition is filed by wife , her husband is NRI
