Regarding divorce

(Querist) 24 April 2012 This query is : Resolved 
one of my relative married a christian girl.They are together since year period but now the girl wants divorce and she dont want anything from boys family just want to get separate.The Divorce with consent of each other for that required court procedure to be followed but as girl want to leave immidiately prior to any court petition and hence time is too short.In such Circumstances what kind of document to be prepared and get it signed?and whether Notary is required?if any such document can be prepared to be at safer side then can any expert can provide me the draft for the same?

Was the marriage done as per Special Marriage Act?

you wont get diovrce in ajiffy . court proedure has to be followed . is husband willing to grant diovrce? if so do it by mutual consent

husband is also willing to grant divorce hence it will be mutually but prior to court procedure if girl wishes to leave then what kind of document to be prepared for husband's safer side?

Hurried marriage and hurried divorce,very good.What maakes the girl to leave the house immediately? You have not mentioned what type of marriage took place.The procedure varies for every kind of marriage.So be patient in your expression of the query,if you want a proper advice from the experts.
