Regarding dowery case

Sir, my brother wife filed false dowry case on us.in which my brother,my parents,matranl ancle,my younger brother and me names included and sir please tell me how can we safe our self mostly like my yonger brother,my parants,matarnal ancle and me and we are very nervous because we are poors please tell me suggestion and i want know that how punisment in dowery case and who will get punisment among us. tell me suggestion for save ourself

If the FIR has already been registered then abscond immediately and apply for anticipatory bail.
Once that is done half the battle would be won.
The conviction in dowry related case is ver negligible in India .
So you have nothing to worry much unless you have done something which is gravely illegal.

what are the alleagtions made in dowry complaint ?you have staed that allegations are false . if the complainant does not have documentary evidence to substainate her complaint the case after trial will be dismissed .no punishment will be awarded

in the meantime apply for anticipatory bail . consult a local lawyer

Get a certified copy of FIR from the court,left native place for the time being,apply anticipatory bail in Dist.or High Court to avoid arrest.After getting the bail, face the trial by proper defend.You can also file a quashing petition in High Court challenging the FIR,but merit of this petition is rare.
