Regarding farmer passbook of land

dear sir
there is a agriculture land in village mandlikpur dist.junagadh (gujrat). which is in the name of my grand father and he has three son my father and two other. there is no regist of this land, as per law of gujrat there is a pass book for agriculture land of farmer. which is known as khedut pothi(farmer passbook). we want to distribute this land in three part for the son of my grand fatheer.
sir,
i want to know that what is the formalities to distribute this land in three parts.
what are the documents require.
what is procedure to register this land in the name three son.
(my grand father is alive)
please any gujrati lawyer suggest
related with my previous quary
sir, i want ask that this farmer passbook is a legal document.
which law governs the farmer passbook of land in gujarat.
is this book provides same right as registry of land

Gujarat land Revenue Act governs such issue and Tehsildar is the competent authority to make partition of land. Contact a local lawyer.
