Regarding father's property sharing between sons when he has major grand children

(Querist) 21 November 2012 This query is : Resolved
Sir, i am from Bangalore. my age is 40. I have two elder brothers who have two children each have one male and one female. elder one has a major daughter and he is a little financially weak due to loss in business that my father have him. Second one is financially sound and he is doing business. I am a public sector employee, I have two daughters both minor. My father is 75 and is staying with me. If anything happens to him, what will be my stand in property sharing as I have no sons? Even my father is not willing to write a will as he is afraid that we will not take care of him if he writes will. The total property that he has are all earned by his own efforts and not grand father's.

on your father demise the 3 sons namely you and your 2 elder brothers inherit his property . the grandsons or grand daughters have no share

I have nothing to add in the nut-shell legal position described by Ajay.
