Regarding flat construction

Actually buy flat which is constructed G+4 but in plan is not mention 4th of this floor, there are only 3rd floor plane, so its legal or illegal and what is impact like if i want sell and regarding valuation

Can i take action against to promoter ?

What is stated in the parent document is final unless any addition is mentioned.

If the 4th floor is mentioned in the document, the 4th floor should be mentioned in the approved plan. otherwise, it leads to complications.

You can refer the documents before an experienced lawyer in the local and take decision on the suggestions made, because without seeing the relevant papers no proper opinion can be rendered.

What about the occupation/completion certificate? Does it mention the 4th Floor? This aspect could be verified from the records of LSG.

It is equally of importance whether the apartments/flats in the 4th Floor has been assessed for Building tax, Please verify.
