Sir/Madam,
I was contacted by a consulting agency from Delhi regarding job offer with Skoda. They even conducted my telephonic HR interview since I am from Mumbai. She colleceted Rs 30,000 from me also sent me an Offer letter in the name of skoda when I insisted. I couldn't suspet anything wrong since it had a logo and water marking of Skoda. But when the joining date was nearing I got suspecious since my technical round was pending and they started asking me more 15,000 for further proceedings which I denied. When i enquired with skoda i found it was fake and when i confronted them they have switched off their all numbers from last Friday. I enquired about that company and came to know its registered one in Delhi. I even send my relative to their address feom Ghaziabad but found its locked out since last saturday. What do I do now to get back my money.?? Please help.

Who pays for conducting interviews and that too, telephonic interview?

Sir, I was first told to pay registration fees of 2,000 then my telephonic HR interview was conducted and they told me I passed and emailed me Appointment letter of Skoda and then I paid 28,000. Since joining date in that letter was nearing and my technical round was pending I asked them about it and they told me not to worry about it. That made me suspecious and I then enquired with Skoda only to know its fake. I confronted them and demanded full refund to which they agreed to do it in 45 days as per their T&C when I threatned them of Police case. Since it was a registered company in Delhi I agreed to it. But now 2 months have passed they promised me to do it this week but from last friday am trying their all contact numbers are switched off. I have their fake skoda appointment letter with me. Please help.

Skoda,Honda,Maruti-Suzuki,CocaCola etc etc have been advertising to become 'Beware'.
All of these and other companies have career button on their websites.
Before the person disappears lodge police complaint and try to locate from mobile phone numbers ( if these are also not fake).
Check if registration of company is also not fake.
Why are you so desperate for job!
Why don't you pay the fee for preparation of some competitions and get selected thru merit in a very good establishment.

These fraudsters are everywhere and are cheating. Only option is to file FIR but do not expect miracles. Your money is gone for sure

Yes tomorrow morning itself I am lodging an FIR against them. I have their registration number which I got through Internet. I am having their fraud letter of Skoda and bank transaction details.
