Regarding getting custody of looted jewellery

my mother was murdered in 2009 in sultanpur district of u.p. and the murderer was my neighbour.he murdered and looted the jewellery and articles from my house.later the jewellery was recovered on his indication after he was arrested and he was booked under section 302,394 and 411.after trial of 2 year 6 months he was buried by session court.I appealed in the high court lucknow bench and now the case is under trial.
so now I wanted to know that can I get those looted jewellry or not when the case is under trial in high court.and also what is the procedure and where I have to claim it .

You can apply for the release of ornaments to you. Court may release directing you to produce before the court to identify.
