regarding gpa revocation

sir can you please give me a format of revocation of GPA.. which is valid in india

original gpa was given in 1994. now we want to revoke it. pls help me

No format needed, refer the GPA and revoke it.

Give notice to persons involved and if more give public notice.

If GPA had been registered in 1994, it would be advisable to get now DEED of Cancellation / revocation too registered and notify the concerned Attorney asking him to return original GPA !

Yes.. no format is required but a new instrument of cancellation/revocation, that too registered is required.
