Does Income Tax Return filled considered admissible evidence as per evidence act 1872 in any Civil or Criminal Case Proceedings ?

If yes, Please suggest any supportive case law or Section.

If you have any problem, discuss what actually is the problem, why you need any supportive case law, and how you propose to take help of that in your case, as an accountant of an organisation?

Thanks for all reply.. actually i just want to know about the Income tax return filled consider admissible evidence as per evidence act 1872 in 125, 498A and other Family Mater cases. sorry for your inconvenience
