Regarding injuction order for house construction

sir/madam,we r constructed ground floor in 1991 and taken regularized under BPS in 1997.
after that first floor constructed in this year and not taken permission from GHMC.So my neighbor compliant on this one.GHMC sent a notice for this.now what we do.some of persons said take the injunction order for this.the plot area is 105 sq.yd.construction area is 82 sq.yd.now what documents to submit for this stay.how many days or months we get stay for this. thank u.
