Regarding issuing notice prior to purchase of flat.

Dear respected experts,

I want to know if a person purchasing property can himself insert a public notice investigating the title of the property he is going to purchase or it Will have legal sanctity only if it is done by a lawyer.

Assign the job to know about the title of the property to a local lawyer as it involves revenue, municipal and other authorities, however, publication/insertion of public notice do not require the services of a lawyer, if you can do it yourself.

Paper publication falls within the scope of searching the title of the immovable property and a buyer has searching right to purchase an immovable property.
