Don't sit for the exam this time.

Next time follow the correct procedure.

Check if you are allowed to even apply for job/NOC during probation period as per contract signed by you....................

Consult elders in the family, employee's union leaders, your lawyer and understand the T&C, process, procedures and implications of false statement/representation.
ajay sethi (Expert) 03 October 2014
you should never suppress any facts . material suppression of facts will not help you in your career advancement . take permission now and sit for the exams
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 03 October 2014
beg for NOC. You have already acted against rules. If authorities take mercy they may give NOC.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 03 October 2014
Prey your Bank for giving post facto permission to apply and NOC to appear in the examination. Also regret for not taking permission in advance due to lack of knowledge. If Bank gives permission you can proceed. Consult your Association to talk to HR on your behalf. However, Bank may call for the explanation for your applying without permission and may warn.

How would you handle incomplete/false infor on employment history!
deepak (Querist) 04 October 2014
Sir is Noc required for giving exam?or merely getting the permission from bank is required? Also can I resign from bank on personal ground as I hv not given the job detail of present employer while filling up the form
deepak (Querist) 04 October 2014
Also in contract It is written that if I leave Job within 3 years I hv to pay Rs 2 lacs as bond amount
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 04 October 2014
1. You are bound by the terms of bond regarding leaving the job within 3 years for payment of bond amount.
2. Apply for/seek permission of the Bank now, give the exam and donot leave this job /join till permission is granted.

The facts are confusing. When did you submit the application to SSC, after or before joining the present job?
deepak (Querist) 04 October 2014
Sir I applied for ssc after joining the job
