Regarding karnataka shops estblishment act

Can a proprietor need to register his business shop under karnataka shop establishment act even though he appoints no worker or labour for his shop?

It is a shop, so you have register under the said act. In the respective column you can say that there is no employee.

Registration is Compulsory.

Rs.125/- only is the fee to be paid if there is NO employee.

Registration of Establishment: Registration of all establishments is compulsory.

Application in Form-A to be made to concerned labour Inspector with necessary fee which is as under:
