Regarding land acquisition

Sir The Ministry of railway is not approving the amount sanctioned by the government on my land that has be acquired...And we are suffering loss for around 25%.So we have decided to go to the high court against them...As we have lost every thing our house, plot, trees .So we need out compensation as early as we can...So can I know how long will the case take to be completed as we are going to file writ against them..
As a normal graduation student I dont know the Exact terms sorry for mistakes

sIR LAND WAS ACQUIRED 5 YEARS BEFORE AND TRAIN IS ALREADY RUNNING ON THE TRACK....AND IS THEIR PROVISION OF PROVIDING JOB IN RAILWAY

Before u file the WP file RTI query to the concerned ministry asking for the status of ur claim and copies of the official notings on ur case file. This will help u in filing a proper WP in the HC. The WP may expedite the disposal of ur claim. Ur Advocate will file an application for interim relief.The main WP may take atleast two years for final disposal depending on the pending matters in the HC.
